From 1950, incorporated 1951, but did not begin manufacturing until the early 1960s. Their first products were plywood sanders, but they acquired other product lines, including the Stetson-Ross planers, saws, and finger jointers. Brand names Kimwood, Tri-State, Ferrari, Stetson-Ross, Smithway.
