Founded before 1908, this firm made specialty metalworking machines. In 1928, this company became the Gears and Forgings, Inc., as the result of a merger with Van Dorn Electric Tool Co. of Cleveland and William Ganschow Co. of Chicago. In 1934 the company reorganized as Ohio Forge & Machine Corp.
