Formerly the Western Malleable and Grey Iron Manufacturing Co. of Milwaukee, WI, his firm came under the control of Leland M. Turner who, in 1911, changed its name and moved it to Port Washington, WI. By 1941, they were operating as Simplicity Manufacturing Co.
