AKA Atlas Works of Coventry.

Founded by Thomas Webster and Jonathan Howarth in the 1887 as Webster and Howarth to manufacture metalworking machines of their own patented designs for the cycle industry.

By the late 1890's, Arthur Edward Bennett replaced Jonathan Howarth and the firm's name was changed to Webster & Bennett.
