Operating around 1930, this company made "Beaver" brand machines. The examples we have seen have been made of wood. Do not confuse these Beaver machines with the much better known Beaver Tools line from Canada.

- The Annual Report of the Michigan Bureau of Labor and Industrial Statistics for 1905 lists Hudson Manufacturing Co., of Hudson, MI, employing 39 men and 2 women in the making of pumps and bicycles. We don't know if this is the same company as the one that made "Beaver" brand woodworking machines, but it's the only data point we could find for a Hudson Mfg Co. in Michigan.
