From ad in 1866 Scientific American, that reads as follows: "REMOVAL. - Wm. H. Hoag, sole manufacturer of Talpey's patent combination hand saw mill, and his recently patented scroll saw. Chism's patent shingle machine. Removed to 222 Pearl Street."
An earlier 1866 Scientific American ad is for William H. Hoag. An 1864 ad for Hoag & Hampson also features Talpey's patent self-feeding hand-sawing machine.
