Joseph Hawkins |
Philadelphia, PA |
This patent's specification and drawings were lost in the Patent Office fire of December 1836, and so little is known about this patent. A search for contemporary mentions of this patent failed to turn up any new information. An 1847 book listing US patents put this patent into what was then class 14, "Lumber, including Machines and Tools for Preparing and Manufacturing". |
