Johnson Manufacturing Corp. manufactured horizontal metal-cutting bandsaws. They were acquired by Kysor International and the Johnson bandsaw became Kysor-Johnson saws. In 1985, Kysor was acquired by Dake Corp., which expanded the Kysor-Johnson line to also include vertical metal-cutting bandsaws.
