“The Marion Machine & Tool Company, Marlon, Ind., has moved its works to Upper Sandusky, O. The board of trade of the latter named place having given the company a bonus of $20,000 and a site of five acres of land. The company, on their part, agreed to use the bonus furnished them in the construction of buildings and no part of the bonus was to be used in furnishing the buildings. which were to be completed by the first of November 1902. The buildings were to be of brick, heated by steam and will be illuminated by electric lights. Twenty-five men are to be employed the first year, and 100 after the first year; 25 of that number are to be expert mechanics. Twenty-five different styles of pumps will be manufactured by this company and they will also manufacture the Reynold's Tire Bolting machine, a combination bolt clipper, bolt wrench and tire bolt holder.
