This firm was established in 1877 in Magog, Quebec and moved to Syracuse just three years later. They reportedly manufactured wheelwrights' machinery but we have been unable to confirm that. They are best known for making the first successful manure spreader, a product they manufactured but were reluctant to stand behind.
