      Incorporated July 15, 1892, under laws of the Dominion of Canada. Agreements with the General Electric Co. (Schenectady, N. Y.) and Allis-Chalmers Mfg. Co. (Milwaukee, Wis.), give to this company the exclusive right to manufacture and sell General Electric and Allis-Chalmers apparatus in Canada. Company has acquired from time to time the rights and business for Canada of various companies, including Edison General Electric Co., Edison Electric Light Co., Thomson-Houston International Electric Co.
Factories: Peterborough, Toronto, Bridgeburg and Stratford Ont. and Montreal. Que.
