Adsit Laboratories was listed as an Electric Motor manufacturer in 1921. They were located at 825 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis, MN.

In 1922 they were manufacturing A. C & D. C. Fractional Horsepower Motors, Universal Motors and Time Switches.
