T. & R. Lees operated the Park Engineering Works, where they manufactured a variety of woodworking machinery. They back to at least 1883 and likely some years before that. The firm was dissolved in 1928.

- The 1884-12-01 Machinery Market carried an illustrated advertisement for this firm's "Lees's Patent Self-Feeding Hand Power Portable Radial Drilling Machine".
- The 1887-08-26 issue of Industries carried an illustrated article for this firm's "Improved surfacing and thicknessing machine", and over-and-under jointer-planer.

- An article in The London Gazette for 1928-07-28 reports that T. & R. Lees, Ltd., could not continue its business "by reason of its liabilities" and a solicitor had been appointed to wind up the company's affairs.
