      "Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, William Furness, Thomas Johnston Kilpin, Thomas Patrick, and George Gannon, at Walton, near Liverpool, and at Liverpool, as Contractors, under the firm of William Furness and Company, is this day dissolved, so far as regards the said George Gannon.—Dated this 5th day of April 1851."       "Notice is hereby given, that the partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Joseph Garside and Scott Freeland Kelly, as Saw Mill Engineers and Wood Working Machinists, under the firm of William Furness and Co. at the Globe Iron Works, Jasmine Street, Liverpool, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 29th day of July, last. All debts due to or owning by the above mentioned firm will be received and paid by the undersigned, Joseph Gaside, by whom the said business will be continued under the firm of William Furness and Co.—Dated this day of August, 1879.
