This little-known company, also known as AMMCO (and not to be confused with another, unrelated, AMMCO, metal-shaper maker Automotive Maintenance Machinery Co.) was incorporated in 1930. The company survived until at least 1983 but it appears that in their later years there were strictly a reseller of woodworking machinery and supplies.

We have seen a couple of horizontal boring machines that have the name "Toby" cast into the label along with this company's name.
