Lennox Machine Co. made both stationary and portable gas engines. Named for inventor and businessman David Lennox, the company suffered a destructive fire on June 25, 1911, and had ongoing labor problems in that decade. The company's closure appears to have been around Sept. 1916, because their last ad was Sept. 15, 1916.
