In 1947-48, this company made, or resold a 6" jointer. The examples we have seen are identical to a model of the Barton (Palmer D. Weeks) jointer.

- Public acts of the State of Tennessee lists the incorporation of Jaro Industries, Incorporated in Shelby County (which includes Memphis) on November 29, 1946.
