The Liberty Machine Tool Co., Hamilton, Ohio, has been incorporated with $100,000 capital stock and will erect a plant in Lindenwald suburb for the manufacture of planing machines. The incorporators are Charles E. Heiser, A. Balllnger. Frank K Vaughn, F. G. Mueller and A R. McCann. Mr. McCann, who was formerly general superintendent of the Hamilton Machine Tool Co., will be general manager.
