Walcott Lathe Co.

Founded by George D. Walcott and his son Edward A. Walcott in 1881 as George D. Walcott & Son, it was reorganized in 1907 by Wolcott’s daughters and Eriwn E. Wood as the Walcott & Wood Machine Tool Co. In 1916, the company reorganized again as the Walcott Lathe Co.
