2,101,926 Dec. 14, 1937 Rail chuck for machine tools Theodore A. Wettig Cincinnati, OH A 1936 issue of American Machinist mentions T. A. Wettig as an employee of Acme Machine Tool Co. Based on that plus the fact that he was granted a couple of later patents that were assigned to Acme, we assume that this patented chuck was manufactured by them.
