Manufactured Turret Lathes and Brass Working Machines ca 1916. In 1917 the business was reportedly acquired by the owners of the Greaves-Klusman Tool Co. and merged into that business to create the Acme-Greaves Machine Tool Co.; see the Greaves-Klusman entry for the brief history of Acme-Greaves. However, Acme Machine Tool Co. continued making machinery until at least 1922. Perhaps the announced merger fell apart at the last minute.
