From the history section of their web site: "We've been manufacturing Cut-Off Saws since 1959. Originally founded as a Tool and Die shop in 1953, we've become one of the premier American manufacturers of Mitre Saws in the World. Located in Los Angeles, California our plant covers over 30,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. "
