In 1948 this company made a small shaper reminiscent of the Poitras model 2800.

  • We found two mentions in 1948 magazines: Hitchcock's Wood Workers' Digest and The Wood-Worker. Both consisted of brief articles on the Thaxton 2-B shaper. Unfortunately these were found in Google Books which only let us see the articles in "Snippet View", and we could not see the complete company name or any other useful information. Here's what we could get:
