This maker is known from a single example of an 11-inch bandsaw and a 4" jointer, both small but relatively heavily built of cast iron. Both machines look to be of roughly 1930s vintage.

- Seen on eBay: a black, all-cast-iron bandsaw with 11-inch throat (probably 12-inch wheels). The upper wheel cover is labeled, "THE WEHE SAW / CHICAGO" and the base is labeled, "C. W. WEHE / CHICAGO".
- A patent search uncovered only a 1943 patent to a Clifford W. Wehe of Chicago, for a powdered soap dispenser.
- The September 1918 Pattern Makers Journal has a list of "Additional men enlisted or conscripted in military service", including a C. W. Wehe of Chicago, Ill.
