Drag saw
|
Donald MacGregor |
Vancouver, BC |
An advertisement in the March 1918 issue of Western Lumberman for the Wee MacGregor Drag Saw is from Donald MacGregor, 104 Main St., Vancouver. Elsewhere in the issue is a paragraph about the Wee MacGregor that includes some testimonials that report "The machine is working O. K.", and "It is working fine and doing all that was expected of it." Apparently Mr. MacGregor was allergic to fulsome praise. The October 1918 issue of the same journal reported that the Wee MacGregor Saw Mfg. Co. had been formed to take over this business. |
