This company was founded in 1947. In 1958 they introduced machinery for producing pre-hung doors, and a machine for routing stair stringers.

In 1990 the company was purchased by Merrick Machine Co. Merrick continues to manufacture door and stair production systems at its facility in Alda, Nebraska.
