Donnell Hebbard Culley, Jr., founded Culley Engineering & Manufacturing Co., Inc. (CEMCO, Inc.), a maker of sanding machines and multi-spindle borers, in 1965. Culley operated CEMCO until his retirement in 1985. At their peak the company employed about 80 people. They ceased doing business in 2005, but service and some parts are still available through Colonial Machinery Sales and Mohawk Machine & Engineering LLC; see below for contact information.
