The Turchan Follower Machine Company, was founded by O. C. Turchan as company that specialized in hydraulic tracers and duplicator technologies. The exact year of founding is not currently known, but they company was active in at least as far back as 1946. Later on, the company began manufacturing early N/C machinery and changed it's name to the Turchan Machine Co. and was located in Inkster, MI.
