Founded in 1929, Dayton Rogers Mfg. Co. is a manufacturer of tools and tooling for the metal stamping industry. The company was founded by Dayton Rogers, a University of Minnesota Engineering Instructor, who had a vision for improvements in the metal stamping process for short run jobs. The company continued to operate under Mr. Rogers' leadership until 1961, when it was purchased by John Seeger Sr. In 1997 the company transitioned to his son, John Seeger Jr. The company was again sold in 2007 to Ron Lowery, who was a long time employee of the company, beginning his career in 1980.
