Grobet makes Industrial Burs, Buffing wheels and is a dealer for the Pègas line of Woodworing Saws and Saw Blades. They have been in business since 1812.
The Dyson family owned Grobet since 2011. Their USA manufacturing facilities were acquired by Designatronics Inc. in 2022 and renamed to WYBUR Tools. The rest of the Grobet company continues unchanged. The Grobet file-making business was established in Switzerland in the 19th century. In 1915 Edward Grobet moved to New York City and established The Grobet File Company of America, which is now Grobet USA.
