Between 1890 and 1891 the Keystone Machine Co. manufactured a couple of models of gang lath and picket mills. The company and its mills disappeared without a trace by 1892.

- 1890-09-18 The Iron Age page 453. "At Goshen it is reported that the Keystone Machine Company, of Williamsport, Pa., contemplate the removal of their machine works to Goshen."
- The lath mill shown in the ads roughly matches the machine shown in patent 126,667, granted in 1872 to Nicholas Zierden and partly assigned to Henry F. Snyder, George S. Snyder, and Antes Snyder. All were from Williamsport except for Antes Snyder who was from Freeport.
