In about 1989 Divindacon Products, Inc. took over production of Quick-Sand narrow-belt sanders from Arco Manufacturing Co.; Divindacon changed the product name slightly, to "Quicksand". This business continued until about 2006.

- Wisconsin corporate registration directory lists Divindacon Products, Inc., of Grafton, WI, filing date 1991-03-12, last registered agent Robert E. Wheeler of Grafton. The status is "administratively dissolved". Annual reports were filed between 1994 and 2004 inclusive. On 2006-01-01 the status was changed to "delinquent", and on 2010-01-01 a Notice of Administrative Dissolution was sent (and returned undeliverable). Dissolution was finalized on 2010-08-11.
- At present we have a 13-year gap between Arco's last known activity, in 1976, and Divindacon's earliest known existence, in 1989. More research is needed.
