The consolidation of the Bucyrus Steel Castings Co. and the Carroll Foundry & Machine Co., Bucyrus, O., was effected April 1. The former concern absorbed the latter, but the consolidation will be known as the Carroll Foundry & Machine Co. The capital stock will be increased from $200,000 to $500,000. The former officers of the Bucyrus Co. will hold the same position with the new concern, as follows: President and manager, P. J. Carroll; vice president, F. P. Donnenwirth; secretary and treasurer, W. A. Blicke.
