We know of F. B. McMahon Machine Tool Co. from a metal shaper with that name cast into it. A search for more information on this firm has turned up very little of substance. We did find a genealogical listing for a Floyd Bartholomew McMahon (1883-1961), whose birth and death were both in Greenville, Michigan.

Various Greenville directories have relevant listings. Google Books has a bound volume of directories, and because it is only viewable in "snippet mode" it is difficult or impossible to determine the year of a given listing. Various listings for McMahon Machine Shop show their address as 225 N. Lafayette, and listings for Floyd B. McMahon show that he had a machine shop at 225 N. Lafayette, residence at 414 State Street.
