This innovative company manufactured a small polishing lathe, four-way tool post turrets, and a lightweight electric motor in 1945-1948. The lathe used a self-generating vacuum grip to hold the work. The tool post turret held four tools and could be rotated to to bring the needed tool into position. C-W-C Corp. and H. E. Crozier are alternate business names.
The company founder, president, and chief designer was Harold E. Crozier, and his wife Cleona Crozier was office manager. He also help found a bank and served as president. She had originally trained as a professional whistler, and while office manager, was president of over 30 community organizations. They sold the firm in 1968 after 32 years, and he converted PT-73 from the McHale's Navy TV show and became a commercial fisherman. She used her musical talent and formed a 27-piece rhythm band.
