The company manufactured the Esskay Universal Electric Wood-Worker in 1927. It was a portable circular saw that could be converted to bench use or to plane, rout, drill, and mortise. The company was incorporated in Aug. 1926 by Max Skolnik, L. R. Goldberg, and Harley Christensen. The machine was patented by Max Skolnik, who appears to have been an entrepreneur and inventor. We have not located his obituary yet.
