This company was in business from the 1930s through the 1950s. They were best known for making clocks and a sewing machine. In the mid-1950s they made a patented benchtop tablesaw. See also the entry for Rocket Hi-Power Tool Co.

  • The Scripophily website featured a stock certificate from this company, which was described as follows: "The Gibraltar Manufacturing Company of Jersey City, NJ made clocks during the 1930s. These included the Windsor and Oxford brands, and others. The company also made the toy Betsy Ross Sewing Machines." Other sites indicate that manufacture of clocks extended into at least the mid-1950s.
