The company manufactured the Neverbreak all-steel saw vises and oval slide bench vises, circa 1913-1922. Their other products included assorted household-quality hand tools and hardware specialties. The company began advertising in mid-1913, incorporated in 1918, and received an increase in capital in 1923. The incorporators were Frank E. Parr, his wife Edith, and son George F. Parr. Frank E. Parr died suddenly July 5, 1921. The firm's address was 285 Mills St., Buffalo, NY.

We note that Frank E. Parr was the son of manufacturer George Parr, but there is no known connection between the businesses.
