This company was active in the 1920s. They made the Simplicity Woodworker, an eight-function combination machine (tablesaw, jointer, thickness planer, mortiser, "speed spindle", bandsaw, upright spindle shaper, lathe).

The combination machine was patented by one John D. Pierce in 1927. In 1925 Pierce had patented a mattress-making machine. Both patents were assigned to this firm.
