Phillips Drill Co. developed the Red Head masonry anchor system, which included electric hammer drills for metal and wood as well as concrete. We can date Phillips Drill Co. back to 1910, and by the mid-1970s they were Phillips Drill Division of conglomerate ITT Corp.
