Founded in 1945 by James P. Thor, the company manufactured sheet metal fabrication machinery, including punch presses. They changed their name to Thor Tool Corp. before closing in Aug. 2005 when the owners retired. Apparently they had discontinued machinery some years before and were only making tooling.
