      “The George Bignell Power Hammer & General Mfg. Co. has been incorporated at Denver. Col. Capital $100,000. The incorporators are: G. W- Bignell, William C. King and William Gore Lincock, all of the Denver Gas Mantle Co. The company will maintain temporary offices at the general offices ' of the Denver Gas Mantle Co. General offices will be opened in Denver and a branch established in Chicago. The company’s present plans do not call for the building of a local plant, and most of the orders taken will be sublet to other manufacturing concerns. Some mining machinery will be included in the articles to be manufactured.” (Quote from 1905.)

      “The George Bignell Power Hammer and General Manufacturing Company has been incorporated in Colorado to manufacture the George Bignell Power Hammer. The others are George Bignell, president and general manager; W. G. Simcock, Secretary; William C. King, treasurer, with offices at 1433-1435 Broadway, Denver.” (Quote from 1905.)
