Also known as Modern Tools Corp. and Neise Modern Tools, Inc., the firm of Karl A. Neise, Inc. manufactured machine vises, rotary tables, angle tables, dividing heads, and other machine tool accessories. More research is needed, but it appears that the firm entered bankruptcy in 1979, moved to Florida in 1980, and liquidated in 1983.
