Verson Allsteel Press Co. built presses and press brakes of all sizes. The company was founded about 1921 by brothers John, David, and Harold Verson. The conglomerate Allied Products Corp. purchased Verson in 1986, and in 2001 Verson passed to Enprotech Corp., owned by Itochu International.
