The company manufactured lines of automatic drop hammers, plain drop hammers, rotary swaging machines, rolling mills, wire flattening mills, and power presses. They were located in Auburn, RI (now part of Cranston) in 1917-1922 and in Pawtucket, RI by 1941. The company liquidated in 1948, with its manufacturing line sold to Fenn Manufacturing Co.
