From an ad in the May, 1925 issue of "The Wood-Worker", for the Kennedy Utility Saw: a 7" tablesaw with option for a grinder on the side.
Based on the ad and the two patents, this maker likely started fairly close to 1925, and it had likely disappeared by 1954 - they are not listed in a Hitchcock directory printed that year.
