We have seen a 16-inch bandsaw from Harkless Mfg. Co., which looks to date from about 1950.

The 1947 Dairy Industries Catalog of Equipment, Supplies and Services Used by Dairy Products Manufacturers lists makers of dry ice saws, including "Harkless Mfg. Co., Syracuse, Ind.", which is the only mention of this firm that we could find online.
