    Stivers's Patent Hand-Drilling Machine for Carriage Smiths and all Iron-Workers who have any drilling to do. Its qualities are, cheapness, durability, and rapid speed, drilling twice as fast as any other hand machine. They are easily put up, take but little room, and can be used with power if necessary. For sale by the patentee at 63 Sixth street, New York. Retail price $16. WILLIAM STIVERS.
