"Machinists’ tools and wood-working machinery, such as wood turning and moulding machines. He removed to Mr. Comin’s building about 1842. Mr. Lawrence employs 8 hands and, in 1868, produced 15 wood-working machines and 1 heavy planer." (Quote from 1869.)
