Toledo-Beaver Tools, Inc. was created in about 1962 when Toledo Pipe Threading Machine Co. acquired, and then merged with, Beaver Pipe Tools of Warren, Ohio. Among the products were a convertible horizontal/vertical metal-cutting bandsaw and an abrasive chopsaw. The company seems to have disappeared in the mid-1980s.

...Let it stand, as is, and you've got a rugged, horizontal, metal-cutting band saw. Raise its back, and you have a vertical band saw. Either way, our convertible animal, the body made of tough, ribbed cast iron, is built to take years of hard wear. It handles pipe capacities up to 4" and rectangular shapes up to 41/2 ". Micro-adjustable, ball bearing blade guides assure longer blade life. Our 460 is more than a pet. It's a real portable workhorse that makes many an old saw obsolete.
